The left side of my body is cursed!

Want to know why it is cursed? Well let's see...

2 years ago I started having pains in my LEFT shoulder. Still have pain and still no idea why I do.

Last summer I sprained my LEFT ankle. Stepped off a porch wrong and next thing I know I am on crutches for like a month practically.

Thursday I fell down the stairs outside of Hart on my way to work.  Looking all cute and ready for the day. And on the way down I landed an skidded on my LEFT knee. And now it is really bruised and hurts a lot.
Cute bandaid right?
Does anyone know how to make a curse go away?

Why I Love Living At Milligan
Because I get really sweet notes on my whiteboard from my friends.  I just love it when I come home and see that someone has been thinking about me! They are just so nice! 3rd Floor Hart is the place to be people! Y'all should stop by...and leave me a note while your at it!

More Cute Crafts
Yes I know I can act like I am about 5 years old 95% of the time.  And I think that is ok!  Tuesday we made some more crafts in Creative Activities! Oh and if you can't tell from the pictures, no I am not the most creative person ever!

My big scary monster!

We were having to draw one of the parts of the lief cycle of a frog.  I chose the egg.  I think I did an awesome job!

I drew this one at church with the kids.  Yeah I know I am a great artist!

Registration is Stressful
This week we are registering for our next semester of school.  This means I am registering for my SENIOR year of college! Crazy or what people? I cannot believe this.  Oh and I only have like 25 hours to take over 2 semesters!  But Figuring out the times of classes and when to take things is the most stressful time of my life.  Nothing ever seems to fit!  Fortunately for me I am a senior, so they kinda sorta have to work with me on things!

Skittling in Class?
Never thought that was going to happen! Skittling is a party where everyone brings there own drugs, throw them in a bowl with everyone else's, and then grabs a handful to see how high they can get.  NO we did not do this in class.  We had candy instead.  You should have seen how all of us girls reacted to doing this! It was pretty funny.  You never knew what you were going to get, and sometimes I popped something NASTY into my mouth.

Feeling A Tad Bit Convicted

I have noticed lately that there is a comment a lot of people are making, and I have to admit I am guilty of saying it as well.  This comment has me feeling really convicted today.  Want to know what it is?

"They didn't love Jesus enough"

I want everyone to know I am not trying to call anyone out here.  Like I said, I have said this as well.  It is just that for some reason I started realizing what we are really saying when we say this.  I know for me, and most other people I have heard say it, it was used in the context of dating the said person who "didn't love Jesus enough".  When we say this, we are judging that person on their relationship with Christ.  Who are we to do that? I don't know about you, but compared to the God I serve, I am no one.  And he is the one that gets to do the judging on whether someone loved him enough.  Not me.  Not you. Not your neighbor down the street.

When I started thinking about this I started thinking "Well what if someone said that about me? Do I love Jesus enough?" I HATE the idea of someone judging me that way.  So why do I do that?

So here is a challenge I would like to present to all of you, as well as myself:

Stop judging someone on whether you think they know and love Jesus, and start showing them that you do.

Midweek Confessions

I Am Not A Happy Camper
The pain (which I know I talk about all the time.  Get over it, it's a big part of my life!) has moved down to my elbow.  I had to out an ice pack on it since pain meds aren't working very well.
I obviously was not happy about this!
What I Have to Keep By My Bed
How many of you do your best thinking while falling asleep? Well I do.  And that creates a problem for me...I think of things or make good plans for the next day and then forget come the morning time.  So I keep a cute little notepad by my bed so that I can write down everything I need to remember.  This usually makes me feel like an old lady...and I am only 20.  Thank goodness for some Vera!

I Can Be Kinda A Mess...
My life is kinda crazy.  I am taking 18 hours of class, working 10 hours on campus, volunteering at my church {Kinda been slacking on the one :(}, planning a Bridal Shower, and attempting to keep up with a social life.  This being said, my planner is a major part of my life.  But it is falling apart:( And it ends in June:(  So what does that mean? I need a new one! Erin Condren has some pretty awesome ones (birthday present anyone?!)

I Love The Hunger Games!!
I read all of the books over Christmas Break, and was so excited to see the movie! No I was not one of those who went to the midnight premier (I just don't like crowds, and I was way too busy).  But on Saturday night I went with Ashlee and Eliza and finally saw it! OMG LOVE LOVE!
Oh I just love all these characters!
I Am Very Forgetful
I walked into Walmart yesterday to pick up some notecards and coffee.  I knew thats what I needed.  Thought about it all afternoon.  Took two steps into the store....forgot what I needed.  I started walking and then was all like "Wait...where am I going? What do I need? Oh look pretty nail polish!"  Yeah I have a little ADDness going on too! Don't worry I remembered and got my notecards and coffee (Unfortunately no new nail polish.  I really wanted it but I didn't need to spend the money).

Yes I thought that deserved all caps.  And yes I am super excited about this.  I always get excited about my birthday.  It's a national holiday you know!  I just love how we get to celebrate me, me, me...oh and ME!

OK so do I sound a little self centered? Sorry about that! I just really love birthday time.  And I like to do countdowns.  So it shall begin soon! Everybody get excited!
This was me on my 20th birthday.  My friends know me best and knew I would want to be a birthday princess.  Eeeek! I just can't wait for that day to come again!!

(this one was courtesy of Jessi)

Sometimes: My friends like to make fun of how much I blog and what I blog about
Always: I don't care.  At least I know they love me enough to read my blog:)

Sometimes: I want to cut my hair right now!
Always: I second guess myself.
What do y'all think? Cut it or keep it long?

It's That Time of Year Again...

Where all we ever do is homework, homework, homework, oh and more homework.  I seriously feel like everything is piling up on me.  Everything is going to be due in the next 2 weeks and I have so much to do.  I have papers to write, lessons to make up, journal reviews to do, and tests to take.  Craziness I tell you!

My biggest problem? I don't want to do any of it.  No motivation.  I just want to sleep.  Fortunately I know I cannot do that.  Last night I forced myself to stay up and take a test.
This is me feeling overwhelmed by all I needed to know

I was working on my Gen Psych test, which the last one I did not do so well on.... so I needed a good grade. And I got one.  As you can see I worked hard...

This morning, I actually have accomplished a lot.  But now I have a paper to write.  Remember when I was reading this little buddy?
Now I have to write a paper about it.  Comparing it to the movie "It's a Wonderful Life".  Not too hard.  But I still don't want to do it.  Lame.

Ok back to work! Hope y'all are having a much more fun Saturday than I am:)

Fun Friday Randoms

Free Ritas was the best...
Wednesday was the first day of Spring, and with that came FREE Rita's Italian Ice!! And with that came some awesome girl time with Becky! I know I say it a lot, and it is totally true, I just love the time I get to spend with Becky.  She is the best.  You all should be jealous that I am best friends with her and you are not!

I have HUGE dark circle under my eyes
Ok maybe they are not HUGE, but I feel like they are.  I told Jessi that I felt like they looked like Dan's did on One Tree Hill on Wednesday.  She kindly told me they weren't.  And if they were she would be concerned about me doing drugs.  Glad she is looking out for me! I would show you a picture, but that just would not be cute...

Me Sing?
Yeah I am definitely not a great singer at all!  Now all of the best friends? They can sing.  Of course.  Just my luck.  I actually feel bad for them and anyone else who ever has to stand by me when I sing.  I try. I really do.  But lets just say, I am so thankful for a God who doesn't care how I sound as long as I am praising his name!

Wanna see the ring?
A little while ago I shared with you all Becky and Josh's engagement story. (if you missed it look here)  At the time Beck didn't have the best picture of her ring online yet.  I mean this rock is GORGEOUS!! And I wanted to make sure the picture did it justice.  So do you wanna see it? Ok good here it is!!!
Don't y'all just love it?!

I have my first tan line of the season!
Last weekend Becky and I laid out for a good hour or so.  Oh how nice it is to have some warm weather to lay in!  I didn't get too much sun, and I am so grateful I didn't burn, but I got a little.  Which makes this girl super happy!
Ok so you can't really see it, but it's there! Promise!!
Hope y'all are having an awesome Friday! Not too many fun plans ahead of me for the weekend.  Just lots of homework and tests and papers to work on! Boo!

Midweek Confessions

Cheddar Rounds...YUM!
After living in the Tri-Cites area for about 3 years now, you would think I would have tried the Cheddar Rounds from Pals by now.  But no I had not.  Until yesterday morning.  And let me tell you friends, AMAZING! Perfect breakfast...with a sweet tea of course!
Cheddar Rounds!

I hate laundry...
It's not that I hate doing laundry, it's that I hate paying for laundry.  Being a college kid and living so far away from home, the main way for me to get my laundry done is to go to the basement of Hart and pay for it.  And let me tell you, that adds up to a lot of money over time.  $5 every time I have to do it.  And I wear a lot of clothes, so I kinda do laundry like once every other week.  Its a bummer.  But I love clean clothes!

I still haven't done my homework yet.
I'm really hoping my professor doesn't read this and see that I have yet to start on her Toolbox activity for her class.  We have to come up with 20 "lesson plan" type things.  And they have to be creative activities.  And they are hard to come up with.  And I keep putting it off.  I probs should start on that...like right now! (Actually I when I wrote this it was true.  As of now I have 2 activities done!!!)

I refuse to drink water out of the sink...
Please tell me I am not the only one like this. Please? Ok good.  I just don't trust good ole Milligan's water all that much.  It kinda upsets my poor little tummy (or say I think it does).  So smart me bought a Brita Water filter about 2 years ago.  Best decision ever.

I have become OBSESSED with blogs
I think I told you about this before, but lets get serious.  I think I may have a problem.  I read blogs instead of....well instead of everything.  I just love it.  Want to know the one I am loving the most? Megan over at Mackey Madness.  Will you be my new best friend?! Seriously love reading your blog!

I think my vanity light is evil...
I know that sounds weird.  Go ahead and make fun.  Are you done? Ok good.  Now let me tell you why.  The light on my vanity makes the most obnoxious (I had trouble spelling that word for some reason) sound on the face of the planet! I will have it on and it will start buzzing.  Now if it just buzzed the whole time it was on that would be one thing.  But no. This things buzzes, then stops.  Then buzzes again.  Then stops.  Then buzzes again.  And so on until I get really annoyed and turn it off.  Like I am about to go do now!
The evil vanity light

I stayed up until 1 a.m."studying"
So last night I was suppose to be studying.  And I had very good intentions to study.  And I kinda studied?  Well you see what happened was....a good friend decided to come over.  Morgan and I were suppose to study Child Psychopathology, but instead just learned more and more about each other.  It was really fun.  She's just so much fun, and we have a lot in common.  And I love making new friends.  So I think I made the right choice....and I promise I will study for my test!
This is me at 1:30. I was tired.

What I Learn From First Graders

As many of you may know, I go weekly to a local elementary school and "observe" in a first grade class room. This basically means I go in and help in anyway I can. In the past I have graded papers or just simply watched how the class worked. This year I was thrown right in and help the students with whatever they are working on.

I love these kids and love spending time with them. At this age they still respect me and listen to whatever I say. They also think I am the greatest thing since sliced bread ( and I am...jk).

So here are some things that I have had the joy of learning from these lovely little fellows and ladies.

1. I am smart. While encouraging one of the little girls, she looked at me and said "Your really smart too." Well thanks friend! It's always great to hear that.
2. 14 is really old in their eyes....I guess at 20 this makes me ancient? Some of the boys were guessing my age one day and started at 14 and worked their way up. Hey at least I'm not as old as the teacher.....?
3. Spiderman is not as cool as he once was... I was talking two boys and referenced him and they looked at me like I was crazy.
4. Getting a 100% on an AR test is so worth telling the class about! They love doing "book talks" on the latest thing they read and did well on!
5.  Getting out of class for pictures is still the best thing ever.  The whole class went crazy the other day when we went to go have their pictures taken.  A crazy bunch they are!

I learn so much more from them...and you will probs be hearing again about that!

Sometimes and Always #2

Sometimes: I go outside to lay out in shorts and a t-shirt.
Always: I get concerned about weird tan lines.

Sometimes: I get in the mood to clean my room.
Always: After I do clean it I love and wonder why I don't clean more often.

Sometimes: I wish I had a boyfriend.
Always: I am grateful I do not. They are too much effort and work. I do not have time that for right now.

Sometimes: I put off my homework till the last minute
Always: I hate it and get really overwhelmed

Fun Friday Randoms

Ok I know it says Fun Friday Randoms and today is Saturday, but just go with it.  It was a super busy day for me yesterday.  I already had this post written and I am just now getting around to posting it!

Staying up till 3 am?
Yeah this does not happen very often, but it did this week.  I just had to hear all about Beck's engagement, see the ring, and share in some wonderful girl time.  Much needed.  No regrets.

Barberitos is our fave!
I cannot even begin to tell you how often the girls and I go to Barbs.  Like multiple times in one week most of the time.  It is our jam.  And we always seem to have some fun photo sessions while there!

Planning a bridal shower!
Not as easy as it seems.  But I am working with such wonderful girls, Erika and Lauren T, and doing it for such a wonderful girl, Lauren A!  I cannot wait for everything to come together! Anybody know of an inexpensive place to do invites?

I got this fun ring the other day!
And I love it so much! Jewelmint is seriously my jam!

Hope you all enjoyed a little more randomness from my life!

Rebecca is Engaged!?

My lovely best friend Becky Hughston is ENGAGED!!!!!! Yeah I know it's pretty dang awesome! Josh popped the question over Spring Break, and since then we have been celebrating like crazy! All of us girls are so so so excited for them:)
The Engaged Couple

Ok so after asking Becky if I could, I am going to share with you all the wonderful engagement story (future hubby, whoever you may be, please take notes).

Josh and Becky had traveled to Indiana, where Josh is from, to spend some time with his family.  On Friday Josh told Becky that he was going to go have lunch with his Dad, and then go and see his old Youth Pastor.  Totally normal so Beck thinks nothing of it.  She goes to lunch with his mom and then they get pedis.  After coming back to the house Becky and Josh's mom were just hanging out and watching TV when the doorbell rings.  His mom asks Becky to come to the door with her, which is totally weird, Becky doesn't live there so why would she answer their door?  Outside of the door is a man that Becky does not know, and he gives her a rose and a card.  He then said "OK, come with me." Becky was completely confused.  All she said she kept thinking was "Stranger Danger. You should not go anywhere with a Stranger."  But his parents kept telling her to go so after reading the card and realizing it was from Josh, she headed out to a limo.

The limo then took her to a hotel in the area, and when she got out there the driver gave her another rose with another card.  This card gave her directions on where to go in the hotel.  She ends up at the hotel Spa.  There the ladies (who were very excited to see her) gave her yet another rose and card.  This one told her that she would be enjoying a one hour fully body massage! Is she lucky or what?!

After thoroughly enjoying her massage, she got dressed again and to find another card and rose.  This one led her to a room where she could get ready for the night.  Now get this: He bought her a new dress and shoes for the night! And she loved them! How amazing is he? He also had brought all of her makeup from home and things to get showered with.  So she got all dressed up to meet him in the lobby.

He finally greets her with some more roses and they started their night together.  He led her to a horse drawn carriage that took them through downtown Indianapolis.  They then went to a VERY nice restaurant for dinner.  All this time Becky has caught onto what is going on and wondering when he is going to pop the question...

After a great dinner they headed out and were walking around "the circle"in downtown where the monument is.  Her heels kicked off, his jacket around her shoulders, and great conversation.  Thats when it happened!!! He got down on one knee and said these exact words to her:
Becky, I love you so much.
I wanted to show you tonight how special you are and how much I love you.
I just hope that I can spend the rest of my life showing you how much I love you.
Will you marry me?
Yes she remembered everything he said. How cute is that? And of course her response was YES!!!!  He gets up they hug they kiss and then he puts the ring on her finger.  And people let me tell you that ring is AMAZING!!!! Like seriously I was blown away.  He designed it himself and it is absolutely perfect!!!

To make everything even more perfect, Josh had his brother video the entire day.  He got her getting in and out of the limo, the carriage ride, dinner, the proposal, and even them changing their Facebook statuses together. How awesome is that?!

I am so happy for the two of them, and cannot wait to go through all of the wedding planning and the wedding with them! This is going to be the best year ever:)

Midweek Confessions

So here all of the things I am loving this week and things going on in my life! I'm kinda not so secretly hoping that some of you all will share in some of these confessions :)

- I am in LOVE with the Real Housewives....all of them.  New Jersey is probs my fave, with Beverly Hills coming in a very close second. And I am currently watching Orange County. It is mindless TV that I just love to watch!

- I have become OBSESSED with blogging.  Have you all not noticed how many blogs I have been posting? I just love it! And I love reading all of these new blogs I have found!

- I really need to be working on my homework (getting a little overwhelmed over here) but I just have no motivation.  But seriously I have so much to do!
I feel like this is me right now!

- My shoulder has not gotten any better.  So much pain.  So tired of dealing with it.  So tired of the tears that come with dealing with it.  Anyone want to donate a shoulder for a shoulder transplant for me?

- I love it when I am telling my friends or someone something and they say "Oh I know, I read it in your blog".  It makes me feel special, and reminds me why I started doing this!

- I wish I was in first grade. I just love those little kiddos and spending time with them!

Well thats al for this week! What are some of your Midweek Confessions?

Best Suitmate Ever!

Man did I luck out on having one of the best suitmates ever this year! I just love Kylie oh so much and she is just FABULOUS!

Here was what I woke up to this morning from her:
"Love you! Hope you have a great day! <3 Kylie
PS I bought the ducky soap for spring :)"

Here is the Ducky Soap she bought us:)

I told you...she is the best!  So cute and thoughtful.  And definitely something I loved being able to wake up to this morning!

Sometimes and Always #1

Sometimes: I pretend I am not afraid of flying while at the airport
Always: I am terrified of flying no matter where to or for how long

Sometimes: People think I am a lot smarter than I really am
Always: This is because I read books that look really intelligent in front of strangers so that they think that

Sometimes: I complain about going shopping because nothing ever fits
Always: I go because I really love it and I am able to find some super cute new things.  Like these two new tops I got the other day.

Sometimes: I complain about how long it takes me to get ready and about how I can never just roll out of bed and go
Always: I go through my routine every morning or every time I have to get ready for something.  And then I am grateful for doing so.
Yes I use all of this all the time.

Sometimes: I think I pack way too much for a short trip
Always: I do pack way too much.  I never know what I am going to need/want.

Fun Friday Randoms

Heaven Received an Angel Today
Grandpa went to Heaven last night.  We miss him, but boy was he a great man.  And what a great feeling it is to know he is in a much happier place today.  He is pain free and enjoying his eternal life!
How does she do it?
This past week I have been playing Mamerz, and what I want to know is how does she do it?  She cooks, she keeps the house clean, she takes care of the animals, she pays the bills, she substitute teaches, she is a mother, a wife, and so much more! After trying all week to follow in her footsteps and do the best I can do, I am more than impressed with all she does!

Our dog sheds more than I do.
So I was vacuuming and every time I turned around this was more and more dog hair all over the place.  I thought me and my roommates were bad about having hair everywhere, but no Ella wins the shedding award!

I am loving finding new bloggers!
There are so many people out there who blog.  And I have come to find some that I LOVE to read their blogs.  I love getting to know peoples lives and seeing what I might have in my future.  Here are some of my faves that some of you may enjoy as well!
Becky she is seriously me in about 5-10 years.  She is married with a little girl, and I seriously love reading about her life!
Kate's blog is one I just recently started to read.  She has a lot of good insight!
Arielle is a long time friend from home who is over in Uganda.  It is awesome to be reading about all of the wonderful things God is doing through her over there!

I love baking cookies
And I am really good at it too! Also I found a new way to make butter soft. Because you know how the recipe always calls for soften butter but you don't have the time or patience for it to soften? Well stick the stick of butter in the microwave and set it for 16 seconds. Every 4 second flip the stick. This will make it to where each side gets 4 seconds. It comes out PERFECT! Like seriously!

I just got Blogger on my phone
And now I can blog in the run. Or update my blog. Or add to my drafts I have going. Basically I get to blog whenever I want! Score!

I Made a Little Oopsies...

Not to brag or anything, but I have to say that most days I am pretty dang awesome cook.  I love to cook, which is great for when I come home because Mamerz is not the biggest fan of it anymore.  I have been lucky to be able to spend this whole week cooking for the fam.  And cook away I did.

Well last night I was trying out new recipes and I was pretty excited about it.  The first went over really well.  It was chicken in a mustard cream sauce.  And I had the lovely help of my brothers girlfriend Brooke.  We had tons of fun working together...maybe a touch too much fun with the raw chicken...
Seriously Yummy food! Here is the recipe !

Anyways, the chicken was great and everyone said they loved it.  Then came the rice.  Now growing up Mamerz always cooked instant rice that came in bags that you boiled.  I can do that.  Easy peasy.  Well apparently mom chose to start using this new rice, Basmati rice.  Now this is rice that you measure out and cook.  No bags. Not easy.  I had never made it before and had no clue how much would be enough.  So after trying to decipher what the bag said, I decided that one cup of rice per person would be just enough.  I asked Dad to see if he had any idea, yeah no not a clue over there.  All he said was he was sure it would grow...

Well grow it did, and I'm pretty sure it multiplied as well!!! Like this rice had some babies in the pot while it was cooking.  When it was done and opened the pot I was like "ummm...Brooke come look at this...I think I may have made too much.." She starts laughing and tells Dad and Bryce t go easy on the rice, we may not have enough.

Here are some more jokes about the rice from the night

"I think we could feed China for a week with that amount"
"Does anyone want anymore? I don't want to take it all"
"We can make more if you want some"

And the list goes on and on.  We laughed and laughed over it.  I mean how in world do I end up making that much rice?
Here is the pot of rice....after everyone had finished eating!

Next time I'm calling Mamerz when I have a question!

2 hours later...

Yesterday I spent about 2 and half hours at the doctors office.  Back again to see another doctor about my shoulder... I think this was my 7th? maybe 8th?  Anyways it was quite a morning there.

So I get there a couple minutes earlier since I was a new patient and knew I would have forms to fill out.  As I was doing that, I was also getting some new X-Rays taken.  Finally after about 25 minutes after my appointment was suppose to be, they call me back.

I get in and the lady tells me the doctor I was suppose to be seeing got called out on an emergency.  She said his Physician Assistant would be seeing me and if afterwards I still felt the need to see the doctor I could wait to see him.  I told them that would be fine, knowing full well I would probs want to see the doctor.

So this guy walks in 20 minutes later, rather awkwardly I must say, and starts going over things.  I start to explain what has been going on for the last 2 years and he barely gave me a chance to.  He then chooses to examine me, and I soon come to the conclusion that this man really has no idea what is going on with me or how to help.  Well this upsets me.  I was already in a very stressful position, and this was in my head suppose to be the answer to my problems.  As this guy finishes up he really does not give me an answer to anything at all or a plan for how to treat anything.  I tell him I will wait on the doctor to come back.

30 minutes later, after I dried all of my tears and calmed myself down, this cute little old man walks in the room.  He was amazing people.  He examines me and talks to me and explains everything.  You can totally tell that he knew what he was doing.  After talking to him for a little bit he finally told me what he thought I should do.

Apparently (feel free to correct me if I am wrong, I am no doctor here) there are two joints in your shoulder.  One much larger one, and then a smaller one.  My last injection was into the larger joint.  This guy believed that my problem was in the smaller joint and that I needed to have another injection there.  So I sucked it up and shed some more tears as he injected me again.

I am praying that this will be my answer, and if not at least I am one step forward in finding one.  I hope sooner rather than later I will, but praying is all I can do at this point in time.

My First Few Days of Spring Break

Its only the first Sunday of Spring Break and I already have a good story to tell....well good in the sense of a lot happened.  So Friday afternoon I'm all excited because I am done reading with my little buddy at Mountainview Elementary School and it is officially Spring Break!!

So as we get back to school I talk to Ashlee and we plan to leave around 3:15 for my flight that night.  Picture this: In the car, on a road unknown to me, and I get THE phone call "Hello your flight has been cancelled.  Goodbye."  Needless to say I freakout.  What do you mean the flight is cancelled?! Are you kidding?! What do I do?! I want to go home?!  (btw the phone call I got was an automated message so yelling at them didn't really help all that much).

So what do I do? I call the parents.  And since I was already close to the airport I went on in to see if some way some how they could still get me out and home that night.  The answer? No. Sorry no flights.  I was not a happy camper when I heard this.  So I did the next best thing and scheduled another flight for the next morning.

Let me just say THANK GOODNESS for amazing friends! Like seriously people I do not know what I would have done had Ashlee not been there with me and been able to drive me everywhere! I owe her big time.  So we got back in the clown car and headed back to Milligan for the night.

5:30 a.m. Saturday morning.  I wake up at the butt crack of dawn.  I get ready.  I wait for Ash to come get me (again cannot believe she did this for me!) We get some coffee.  And man did I need that coffee.  I get to the airport and......my flight was there! Thank goodness!!! So I check in and go through security and find a seat to wait to board.

So I pull out this cute little book and get to reading.  About Auschwitz. Actually its not half bad.  And I got a lot read.  (p.s. this is for a class and it makes me look really smart!)

The plane gets boarded and we take off.  Only to have one of the most turbulent flights I have ever been on.  The weather in the area had been bad but this was not what I was expecting.  I think everyone could tell that I was freaking out.  But we made it to Atlanta where I had plenty of time before my next flight.  So what do I do? I get another cup of coffee!!
Then I saw this guy.  And he was kinda creepy.  For one he has a fanny pack.  Who even has one of those anymore? And who even wears one!? And he had like two sets of head phones around his neck.  And he was talking very loudly to himself....in another language! CREEPSTER!!
After all of this I finally board my second plane and make it back home to Florida at about 12:40.  And man was I thankful to be home.  I was able to enjoy some lovely time with my parents and brother just catching up on life and all things going on here.  Dad put some food on the grill and we had quite a nice night! I LOVE this place!
Bryce and his girl friend were going to party and since her mom came over to take some pictures, we decided to make it into a prom photo session! Of course Bryce just loved that!
Bryce was feeling short next to Brooke who was in heels.
